DELIVERY & RETURNS
Delivery
We dispatch your order the following business day after receiving cleared payment. Your order will be shipped and delivered to you within 2-6 business days. In case of any delay we will inform you immediately using the e-mail address you have entered during the order processing. If you have not received your order within 10 days, please email us at info@my-dancelife.cz.

All deliveries are made by the Postal Service (Czech Post Office) or a shipping company (PPL, DHL, FedEx, GLS, DPD). The shipping rate is free of charge within Europe. In case you want to ship your order to another country the shipping cost would be friendly € 14. The shipping time for Europe is usually 2-7 business days. The shipping time for US and other International is usually 1-2 weeks.
If you wish to pick up your order, it would be possible to pick up your order in Liberec (CZ) or Jablonec nad Nisou (CZ). In that case we will contact you by email and discuss the technicalities of the delivery. The Personal Pickup is free of charge.
Returns
We offer a 14 day return policy. You can return your purchase to us for no reason within 14 days after the receipt of your order. You must let us know within these 14 days via email (info@my-dancelife.cz) that you intend to return the goods to us.

The goods must be returned complete, in their original condition (unwashed and unworn), unused and undamaged with all accessories and instructions in the original packaging and be suitable for resale.
Upon our receipt of the returned goods, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price. All the payments for the returned goods are refundable to the bank account, indicated by you, within 7 days after the receipt of the returned goods.
The cost of re-shipping is not refundable.
Please note that the goods that are not held in stock by us and are manufactured specifically for you cannot be cancelled or returned once the order has been accepted by us.
If a product you purchase from us is faulty or damaged, it can of course be returned to us. In that case you must notify us by email within 7 days after the receipt of the faulty goods. Then you will receive instructions on how to return the faulty goods to us.
