Placing an order
The Seller, MY DANCELIFE s.r.o., with its registered office at Lázeňská 561/4, Liberec I-Staré Město, 460 01 Liberec, Czech Republic, Company identification No.: 055 60 471, incorporated in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Ústí nad Labem, Section C, Insert 38440, provides the sale via the internet shop on the website www.my-dancelife.cz where orders can be taken by the Customer.
The Customer is obliged to provide an accurate address information while placing an Order for delivery and billing purposes. If the Customer provides incorrect or incomplete information, he/she bears the full responsibility. The Order submitted by the Customer made through the above website is treated as an offer to conclude a purchase contract within the meaning of the Civil Code. Immediately, after receiving the offer, the Customer receives the feedback provided by the confirming e-mail, including the necessary information regarding the details of the transaction.
The confirmed Order is shipped as soon as the payment is booked on the Seller's bank account or PayPal account. The Customer is charged with all delivery costs, according to the price list stated at Delivery & Returns site. In case of return shipments to the store, the cost of re-delivery shall be borne by the Customer. In case of absence of goods in the warehouse, the Customer will be immediately informed of this situation, along with an information about expected delivery date. In that case the Customer has the right to cancel the booking or choose to extend the waiting time.

All prices of products and services are quoted in EURO. All prices of products are gross prices (including local VAT) and do not include transport costs.
Cancellation of an order
The Customer has the right to cancel the Order starting from the time of placing the Order and ending on the expiry period of 14 days starting from the day after the goods have been received. In case of the cancellation of the Order, the Customer should email us a statement of return of goods (info@my-dancelife.cz). The goods must be in their original condition (unwashed and unworn) and the packaging should contain the invoice. Costs of returning the goods to the Seller are not refundable.
All the payments for the returned goods are refundable to the bank account indicated by the Customer within 7 days after receipt of the returned goods.
Final Provisions
Our shop reserves the right to change prices of products, to remove goods and to introduce new items to the site, and to conduct temporary promotions.
